This also means that you must have the opportunity to observe personal hygiene; therefore, you must have access to adequate toilet and bathing facilities. The prison staff must also provide you with the toiletries needed to use these facilities.
important It is important to remember that the maintenance of cleanliness and personal hygiene is also your responsibility. The prison staff have an obligation to provide you with the facilities, but you have to use them.
