How should you be treated during the detention on remand?

When detained, the guards and the administration of the investigation arrest and the prison must not treat you in an inhumane or degrading way. They must not use excessive physical force against you or mistreat you in any other way. You have the right to humane conditions in the place where you are staying, medical help, as well as the right to communicate with the outside world.
