Can you be punished during detention on remand and how?

You may be punished if you violate the law or the internal rules of the pre-trial arrest or prison. The types of punishment and the application procedure are explained in the Law on the Execution of Punishments and Detention on Remand and in the Rules and Regulations of the Law on the Execution of Punishments and Detention on Remand.

What human rights violation may there be?

Depending on the type of offence you are punished for or the severity of punishment, a number of your human rights may be violated. These include your right to freedom of expression, your right to freedom of religion or your right to private life. Read more about how to evaluate whether your rights have been violated.
