Parliamentary Committee on Interaction with Non-Governmental Organizations and Complaints of Citizens

The Committee on Interaction with Non-Governmental Organizations and Complaints of Citizens is a parliamentary committee that engages in dialogue with non-governmental organizations and considers citizens' complaints, signals and proposals.

How can it help you

If you believe that your human and constitutional rights and interests are violated by unlawful and inappropriate actions or omissions by administrative authorities, officials or their respective administrations, you may file a complaint with the Committee. Your complaint may be considered at a meeting of the Committee or by the Committee's administration. You will receive a written or oral response from the Committee within two months. When particularly important reasons so require, this period can be extended by up to one month. Your complaint must contain: your name and your contact details; which rights and freedoms are violated and what is the problem posed to the Committee; which authority has violated your rights, and which authority should solve the problem. Written evidence may be attached to your complaint. You can also visit the Committee and present your problem in the Committee's reception hours. A record will be drawn for your hearing during the reception. The Committee's conclusions on your complaint are advisory, they do not bind the competent authorities with a decision.
